Cyber Defreeze Alliance operates on an inquiry-based engagement model. Fees, where applicable, are agreed in writing with each client before commencement of work.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable as they represent time committed by our advocates and consultants to review and advise on your matter.
Engagement Fees
For ongoing matters, refunds (if any) are governed by the terms of the signed engagement letter between the client and Cyber Defreeze Alliance.
Refund Requests
Any refund request must be raised in writing to cyberdefreezealliance@gmail.com within seven (7) days of payment, with reasons. Each request is evaluated on its individual merits.
